You’re trying to trust your gut, but that fear of failure (and let’s face it… judgement) are keeping you up at night. On one side, you dream of living this big, bold, beautiful life where you get to be your authentic self. But then you start thinking of how you’re actually going to accomplish that and the comfort of staying the same feels way better than the trial and error of figuring out something new.
Yes, you. Authentically as you. With you as the main character of your story.
You’ve spent so much of your life trying to be what other people needed you to be, that it’s hard to even know what you want anymore.
During our sessions, we’ll explore what it looks like to strip away expectations and reconnect with the parts of you that feel the most you. Yes, there will be some trial and error, but pinky promise I’m here to support you as we work on building confidence, trusting your instincts, and showing up more fully as yourself, without apology.
Change can shake your sense of stability, even if it’s something that you chose. Whether it’s a move, a breakup, or a whole life pivot, therapy gives you a space to slow down, feel your feelings, and make sense of it all. Let’s create a version of your life that actually fits who you are right now in this season of life.
Living in a world that is constantly telling you to shrink yourself is exhausting. During our time together, we can untangle your relationship with food and your body without all the outside noise, and start to build something softer, kinder, and more aligned with you. You deserve to feel at home in your body (or hell, at least tolerate it!).
Becoming a therapist was the end goal when I realized that what people needed and wanted was real connection. No beige couches and blank stares here. I’m someone who could laugh with you, sit with you in the hard stuff, and remind you that you don’t have to navigate becoming your authentic self alone. I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and maybe a little bit of swearing as you untangle the hard stuff.
Once someone who liked to play things safe, I now like things bold, bright, and full of life. I move fast, think big, and feel even bigger. It’s a constant journey of leaning into my authentic self and pursuing things that I love. Right now on that list? Baking sourdough, planning a weekend adventure with my sidekick Finn (who will likely make an appearance in our sessions), or squeezing in a barre class!
I work with folks who are navigating identity shifts, unlearning people-pleasing, healing their relationship with their body, or just feeling a little (or a lot) lost. Many of my clients are high-achievers who are tired of pretending they’re fine when they’re very much not. If you're in the thick of figuring out who you are outside of expectations, welcome.

We’ll spend our first session getting to know each other! No pressure to dive straight into the deep end, unless that’s what you need. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it, but mostly I’m just listening for how I can best support you.

The most non-answer of answers… it depends. Some people come in with a specific issue and stay for a few months, others stick around longer as life continues to life. Either way, I’m not here to rush you through healing and processing.

I sure do! I’m in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and Quest, and am in the process of being credentialed with United and Optum.
If I don’t take your insurance, I can provide superbills if you have out-of-network benefits and want to seek reimbursement. I know insurance can feel like a neverending maze, so I’m happy to walk you through how it works on my end.
