I work with folks who are navigating identity shifts, unlearning people-pleasing, healing their relationship with their body, or just feeling a little (or a lot) lost. Many of my clients are high-achievers who are tired of pretending they’re fine when they’re very much not. If you're in the thick of figuring out who you are outside of expectations, welcome.

We’ll spend our first session getting to know each other! No pressure to dive straight into the deep end, unless that’s what you need. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it, but mostly I’m just listening for how I can best support you.

The most non-answer of answers… it depends. Some people come in with a specific issue and stay for a few months, others stick around longer as life continues to life. Either way, I’m not here to rush you through healing and processing.

I sure do! I’m in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and Quest, and am in the process of being credentialed with United and Optum.
If I don’t take your insurance, I can provide superbills if you have out-of-network benefits and want to seek reimbursement. I know insurance can feel like a neverending maze, so I’m happy to walk you through how it works on my end.
